Locker booking for hybrid workplaces

In a hybrid office, staff no longer keep the same desk every day, so lockers do much of the work a desk pedestal used to do. That changes what a workplace needs from its locker locks.

Three kinds of locker user

  • Day users who need a locker for the time they are in the office
  • Regular users who keep the same locker
  • Visitors or contractors who need short-term access

Day-use lockers

The OCS 30 (Smart) and OTS 20 (Advance) can both run day-use lockers that open automatically at a set time, so lockers are free again each morning. Staff use a keypad code, their phone (OCS 30) or their building access card (OTS 20).

Booking and live occupancy

The OTS 40 (Pulse) connects lockers to Ojmar Cloud. Staff can book a locker through the app before they come in, and the workplace team can see live occupancy and reports. Phones, cards, HID and Apple Wallet credentials are supported.

Without batteries

The OTS 40 Batteryless offers a connected, human-powered option, with Ojmar Cloud, open APIs and an SDK for integration with workplace platforms.

No cabling

Every Ojmar lock we supply is wireless at the door, so lockers can be added, moved or reconfigured as the workplace changes, without electrical works.
