How an OCS to OCS 30 swap-over works, step by step
An upgrade from earlier Ojmar OCS keypad locks to the OCS 30 is a lock swap on the existing doors, not a locker replacement. Here is how we run it.
1. Confirm what you have
We visit, or you send photos, so we can confirm your current locks, door thickness and quantities. A photo of the front of one lock and the inside of the door is usually enough to start.
2. Quote the OCS 30
We quote the new Ojmar OCS 30, which has the same footprint as your existing locks, in graphite, silver or white, with or without a handle. We also ask how your lockers are used, because that decides the setup.
3. Plan around your opening hours
Change rooms and staff areas stay in use during the work. We agree the order of lockers and the times we work so members and staff are not disrupted. Larger sites can be done in stages.
4. Swap the locks door by door
Our team removes each earlier OCS lock and fits the OCS 30 on the same door. No new doors, no cabling and no major works.
5. Set up and test
We set up codes, master access, modes (free, fixed or rental) and any automatic opening times, then test every lock.
6. Hand over
We show your staff how to manage the locks with the Management & Service app, how battery changes work and what to do if a user forgets a code. We stay available afterwards for service and support.
What it takes from you
A contact on site, access to the lockers at agreed times, and a short handover session with your team.
